About Me

I am a mother, mountain girl, traveler, teacher/student, lover of life.

How do we show up in the world and skillfully, gracefully work and play with whatever life is offering us? This is one of the questions that fuels my practice and teaching. My classes combine a lighthearted approach to asana and philosophical wisdom passed down to me through the teachings of many masterful teachers. I offer pranayama, meditation, myth, mudra, and plenty of space to invite self inquiry.

I see my life's experiences as opportunities to learn how to engage more deeply with yoga. Yoga has steadied me in times of chaos, cradled me in heartbreak, encouraged me to grow in ways that continue to surprise me, and dances along with me in times of happiness. In my practice, I am reminded of a deep abiding joy. The teachings and practices of yoga nourish and enrich my life. For that, I am grateful.
